Lumisenta Film Foundation is a Warsaw-based company focused on international co-productions of fiction and documentary films. We nurture emerging voices and create space for artistically bold visions.

We aim to challenge the traditional industry hierarchies; our producers often serve as crew members, our directors cast one another's projects, and our writers give feedback on each other's screenplays. In this way we build our creative independence and help one another build sustainable careers in this volatile industry that we all so truly love. 

We emphasize stories that transcend borders and cultural boundaries, seeking universal themes that resonate with global audiences while maintaining specific cultural authenticity. Our partnerships range from international funds and co-producers to local cultural institutions. We not only produce films, but also organize events.
